About our team

The Content Operations team works to deliver operational improvements to content workflows, from file delivery and metadata, through to delivering deal specifics to the finance team.

What you will be doing

  • You will prepare pricing and file requests from other teams and handles publisher title requests
  • You will work with Publisher Partnership representatives to handle onboarding of new publishers
  • You will handle the in-flow of new titles and works collaboratively with the publisher partnerships team to devise better practices with publishers.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You enjoy looking at processes and finding procedural solutions
  • You are a whizz at Excel/Google Sheets
  • You are able to prioritise effectively
  • You can collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams
  • You are a confident and professional communicator
  • SQL exposure/ experience a plus (but not required)

Areas of responsibility

  • Manually preparing pricing requests and handling publisher title requests
  • Working with technical analysts within the Content Operations team to establish improvements
  • Responding to publishers and attending publisher calls along with our Publisher Partnerships representatives
  • Working with Publisher Partnerships representatives to handle onboarding of new publishers
  • Handling the in-flow of new titles and guiding publishers on better procedures
